Flynote Wallet balance includes both promotional & actual cash. The maximum amount that can be used is dependent on your purchase & will be mentioned at time of purchase.
Can I book flights with Flynote Wallet balance?
Yes! You can use it to purchase both domestic and international flight tickets. Note: Valid for customers with flight refunds only (both international and domestic)
Does Flynote Wallet balance expire?
Wallet balance is not valid for use after 365 days (1 year) from the date of credit into wallet.
How to withdraw Flynote Wallet balance?

Where all I can use Flynote Wallet balance?
You can use your wallet balance towards any product sold by Flynote. Few examples are hotel bookings, flights, visa, forex, experiences, etc.
How to use Flynote Wallet balance?
Flynote Wallet balance can be used at the time of checkout while purchasing anything on the Flynote website. Balance will be converted to money at 1:1 ratio

Cancellations
Can I get my refund in a payment method other than the original payment method?
Your refund can be credited through any payment method as per your request (except Paypal). The refund is usually credited to the original payment method, however, you may receive the same in a different payment method as well, depending on feasibility.
When will I get my refund?
Any refund generated will be credited to your original payment method within seven business days. Please refer to our Cancellation and Refund policy to know about the conditions and the amount of refund provided to you in case of cancellations or due to any miscellaneous reasons.

How can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Cancelling a booking request can be done under the following two scenarios: Before paying a token amount: Any changes or cancellation to the booking can be easily made by conveying the same to your Destination Expert. After paying a token amount: Once the token amount is paid, the itinerary is confirmed. Cancellation, in such cases, can be made in accordance with the Cancellation and Refund policy (https://www.flynote.com/cancellation-policy).
Forex Visa
How long does it take for a Visa to process?
The time taken to complete the Visa process depends entirely on the destination for which the Visa is applied. You may simply get in touch with your Destination Expert to know about the timeline of the Visa application and approval process.
Why should I apply for Visa with Flynote?
Applying for Visa with Flynote ensures that the complete process is carried out error-free. Flynote has contacts with trusted agents in the field who help us with getting your visa applied. Do you charge for providing Visa?
Yes, Flynote charges an amount for fulfilling your Visa needs. This is because there is a minimal charge to apply for a Visa to any country and the charges differ from country to country. We also extend doorstep collection and delivery of Visa to lessen your hassle.

What are Forex & Visa charges?
Forex and Visa charges are the two kinds of charges levied to you whenever you book an international trip with us. Both can be explained separately as below: Forex Charges: This is the foreign transaction fee issued in case of a transaction made using foreign currency or in a foreign bank. It depends on the conversion rate of domestic and foreign currency. Visa Charges: These are the charges required to be paid by Visa applicants, including children, in order to travel internationally. These are non-refundable in both the case of success or failure of the Visa application. Flynote also extends doorstep collection and delivery of your Visa.

Can I compare itineraries from different sources?
Absolutely! You may compare itineraries from different websites and/or sources to make sure that you choose the best price. Flynote strives to provide the best prices in the market. The best part is that you can browse through our inventory of itineraries curated by Experts while personalising them according to your taste. The liquidity in our itineraries is what makes the whole experience customer-centric.

Can I alter my itinerary after paying the token amount?
Yes, you can alter or make changes to your itinerary after you have paid the token amount. All the feasible alterations are made available to you by your Destination Expert. The alterations may also depend on the availability of the services.
How can I make my own itinerary?
Making your itinerary is extremely easy with our Destination Experts. With dedicated Experts assigned to you, you can feed them with your ideas and requirements, so they can curate an itinerary that fits your picture of an ideal holiday. Guidance and expert advice from them, in turn, will enhance the travel experience even further.
Can I customise existing itineraries as per my choice?

On what basis is the Destination Expert assigned to me?
The Destination Expert assigned to you has a thorough knowledge of the destination to which you plan your vacation. They are completely aware of all your requirements which helps them assist you in a better manner. They also provide you with information about offbeat spots in the destination and top picks for hotels, restaurants and more!
Can I change my Destination Expert?
If you feel that your Destination Expert isn't able to help you better or unable to understand you, then you may ask for someone else. You can explain your current Destination Expert about the situation and ask them for a different Expert.
Do we have to pay to get an expert assigned?
Every traveller deserves expert assistance and we provide the same without any additional charge! Flynote believes that support and aid are two factors that should be presented as complimentary services instead of them being charged. Thus, a Destination Expert is assigned to present you with several options to choose from. Adequate assistance is also provided to promote the trip planning.
What should I do if I can't get in touch with my expert?

Bookings
Can I request a booking over the phone?
Booking a trip was never this easy! You can book your trip simply over the phone with your designated Destination Expert. We work to make the whole process of travelling, from planning to booking, a customer-friendly affair. Just converse with your Expert over the phone, send over your documents via WhatsApp and pay using any medium suitable.
Can I make changes to a pending booking request?
Changes to a pending booking request can be initiated by your Destination Expert. You can play with different options and choices let your Expert know of the same. Your Destination Expert can then work to make changes to the itinerary as per your wants depending on the availability of the resorts/hotels.
What happens if my hotel/resort cancels my booking?
There might be scenarios in which your booking is cancelled by the hotel/resort itself. The same might be due to the unavailability of the requested room category. However, Flynote will not let such situations hamper your travel experience. Under any such circumstances, the Destination Expert will provide you with a similar or upgraded version of the requested room category depending on the availability.
How do I check the status of my booking?
Checking the status of a booking is made easier using the confirmation number provided to you at the end of your hotel/resort booking. Once you have made your mind about the itinerary shared with you, you can pay the token amount. After clearance of this first-level of payment, you will receive a Confirmation Number from your Destination Expert, which can be used to track the status of the booking.
How do I cancel a booking request?
Cancelling a booking request can be done following two scenarios: Before paying a token amount: Any changes or cancellation to the booking can be easily made by conveying the same to your Destination Expert. After paying a token amount: Once the token amount is paid, the itinerary is confirmed. Cancellation, in such cases, can be made in accordance with the Cancellation and Refund policy (link of cancellation policy).
Payments
Can I split the cost of my reservation across multiple payments?
Paying a huge amount for your travel may be a task in itself. Thus, we offer our customers the convenience of splitting their payment into multiple instalments. You can pay your first instalment at the time of confirming/blocking the itinerary decided upon. The remaining amount can be paid in a way that the complete sum is cleared 40 days prior to your departure date.
Can I change my payment method for a confirmed reservation?
Flynote also provides the facility of changing your payment method even after payment has been made. Be it the booking, payments or travelling, we believe in making the complete trip a hassle-free experience for our customers. Consequently, your Destination Expert is there to support you if a need arises to change the payment method.
When am I charged for a reservation?
Flynote only charges you once you've made your mind about the itinerary sent to you. Once you come to an agreement about the itinerary after consultation with the designated Destination Expert, you pay a small percentage of your total package amount as confirmation. This small percentage is referred to as the token amount and may vary depending on the date of departure.
What are the different modes of payment available?
Flynote has made the process of payment time-saving and hassle-free. Several payment methods that can be used for making payments are mentioned below: PayPal, Razorpay, Cashfree GPay or Google Pay, Paytm, Net banking.
Can I avail any EMI options?
Yes, EMI options are available for booking with Flynote. We understand that paying lump-sum amounts can be difficult. Thus, the provision of EMI is in place with all kinds of payment gateways for both national and international packages. It works as per the EMI plan offered by the respective bank. We also have the option of 0% E-Mandate which offers a 0% interest rate.

Can I book my trip if I'm not in India?
Absolutely! You can easily book your trip with Flynote even if you are not in India. This works for both the Indian as well as foreign passport holders. The procedure, however, differs for people who don't own an Indian passport. Who will be my POC (Point of Contact) during the trip?
Your Point of Contact will be the Destination Expert assigned to you at the time of confirmation of the trip. The Expert will take care of all your requirements, from planning to booking. They will also help you out in case of any trouble while you are on the trip. You can simply reach out to them over call, text or email.
Can I make only flight bookings through Flynote?
With Flynote, you can not only book land-packages but flights as well. Flynote provides three kinds of bookings as mentioned below: Only Land-packages: In case you have already booked your flights, Flynote gives you the option of booking a land package. You can then book your land-package with us with expert guidance and assistance from our Destination Experts. Only Flights: This case caters to the needs of the people who do not require a stay option in the destination city/country. They might have pre-booked the same or might decide to stay over at a relative's/friend's place. Flynote can help with flight and other transfers bookings. Both Land-packages and Flights: The most basic of all bookings, this is one where Flynote takes care of all your needs, from flight bookings to planning and booking the land-package.
