This pandemic has shaken the very roots of the Travel industry, bringing the industry & our wanderlust to a grinding halt. Our partners across the world are going through a similar plight.
The flywheel has been broken.
In spite of these adversities, we are on our toes to resolve this situation at the latest. We are continuously working with our partners.

Cancellations & Refunds
I had booked my Flight. How can I reschedule/cancel my booking ?
We are in touch with all Flights partners to provide support to our customers. At this stage, all airlines are only providing credit shells against the flights cancelled.You have to activate your wallet and you will see that the amount has been refunded to the wallet.
In the last section we have laid out the refund policies of all the airlines we are in partnership with. You can go through the respective policies to know your eligibility for zero cancellation refund or free of cost Date Change.
In any event, we would be able to process cash refunds only after we have received the actual cash refund from the airlines.
Air Asia
Cancellation Policy
  • You are eligible for a credit shell for full amount which will be valid for 1 year.
Amendment Policy
  • You can reschedule your bookings on the airline chat box, without any date-change charges, on the same route, for travel between 25 March 2020 and 17 May 2020. Only fare difference will apply.
  • Applicable on AirAsia Domestic flights carrier code: I5.
  • Number of changes allowed: Multiple
  • New travel date: Before 31 October 2020
  • For changes to a new travel date beyond 31 October 2020, standard terms and conditions will apply.
Air India
PLEASE NOTE: All flights are suspended for travel from 22nd March 2020 till 17th May 2020.
Cancellation Policy
  • You can cancel your flight and keep your booking open to book future travel without reissuance charges (fare in difference, if any, will apply, at the time of reissuance).
  • This is applicable on bookings with initial travel dates between 22nd March 2020 till 17th May 2020.
Amendment Policy
  • You can reschedule your booking, without route/date-change charges. Only fare difference will apply.
  • Booking in the same/higher class is allowed. No down-selling of fares/RBD will be allowed. Any fare difference is to be collected, except as noted.
  • No-show charges will be waived off i.e. the ticket will be protected at full value.
  • Since rerouting is allowed, passengers may choose option to travel to alternate destinations within the same region.

Amendment Policy
If your initial travel date is between 15th April 2020 and 17th May 2020, your ticket amount will be automatically maintained in a credit shell, for your future travel. You can use it to make a booking within 1 year from date of issuance (for the same passenger). You may visit the airline website (www.goindigo.in) for the same.
Initial Booking Date: Any
Initial Travel Date: Before 17th May 2020
New Travel Dates: Within 1 year from the date of issuance
Number of Changes Allowed: One
Cancellation Policy
  • If you were booked to travel before 17th May 2020, your ticket amount will be automatically maintained in a credit shell, valid for use within 1 year from date of issuance (for the same passenger).
  • For tickets with initial booking date between 25th March 2020 and 14th April 2020, for initial travel between 25th March 2020 and 3rd May 2020, you will be eligible for full refund.
Spice Jet
PLEASE NOTE:
All flights are suspended for travel from 25th March 2020 till 17th May 2020. For your travel between these dates, your ticket amount will be maintained in a credit shell, which you can use to make a new booking, for travel till 28th February 2021 (for the same passenger).
Cancellation Policy
  • No refunds are permitted by the airline, at the moment.
  • For tickets with initial booking date between 25th March 2020 and 14th April 2020, for initial travel between 25th March 2020 and 3rd May 2020, you will be eligible for full refund.
Amendment Policy
  • You can reschedule your travel, without any date change charges, for existing and new bookings with initial travel date till 17th May 2020. Fare difference will apply.
  • New travel date: Till 30th September 2020
GoAir
PLEASE NOTE:
All flights are suspended for travel from 25th March 2020 till 17th May 2020. For your travel between these dates, your ticket amount will be protected and you can reschedule your travel without any date-change charges, for up to 1 year from the initial travel date.
Cancellation Policy

  • For tickets with initial booking date between 25th March 2020 and 14th April 2020, for initial travel between 25th March 2020 and 3rd May 2020, you will be eligible for full refund.
Amendment Policy
Applicable for existing and new bookings, with initial travel date between 19th March 2020 and 17th May 2020:
If you don’t show up for your flight, your PNR will be protected which you can use to reschedule with the following conditions:
  • You can reschedule your travel, without any date-change charges. Only fare difference will apply.
  • New travel date: Between 01st June 2020 and 31st December 2020.
  • New tickets will be issued for the same traveller, for GoAir flights only.
Applicable for bookings with initial booking date after 11th March 2020, and initial travel date between 18th May 2020 and 31st December 2020:
  • You can reschedule your travel, without any date-change charges. Only fare difference will apply.
  • New tickets will be issued for the same traveller, for GoAir flights only.
Time Limit: Up to 14 days prior to departure.
Vistara
PLEASE NOTE: All flights are suspended for travel from 25th March 2020 till 17th May 2020. Your PNR will be extended till 31st December 2020.
Route Eligibility: All domestic routes
Amendment Policy: Allowed with no date-change charges. Only fare difference will apply.
Initial Booking Date: On or before 14th April 2020
Initial Travel Date: Travel commencing on or before 31st May 2020
New Travel Date: Till 31st December 2020
Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel your booking, fare rules will apply.
I had booked my Hotel. How can I reschedule/cancel my booking ?
Unlike flights, all hotels do not have the same cancellation policy. The policy varies from property to property across the globe.
Domestic bookings: In the case of domestic packages we are providing full refund for all cancellations that happened due to Covid-19.
International booking: Properties are only providing a free date change.. For such properties we are offering wallet refund. Please note that international hotels are goverened by thei laws of their respective countries. We are coordinating with them to ensure support for you.
I had booked my holiday package with Flynote. How can I reschedule/cancel my booking ?
In case you had booked a package which involves both Flights and land package. The policy for Flight remains the same as mentioned above. You can choose to to rescheduling as per the airline policies. Refer to Wallet
All flights and land partners are extending flexibility towards date change. In case you are opting for cancellations of land package we are working with our Partners for processing the full refunds in a speculated time. In case of domestic bookings it's comparatively easier to claim 100 % refund on the bookings however there are many properties around the world which are complying with their local government directive and not agreeing for 100% refund on every booking.

Can I use my wallet cash to book a ticket for someone I know?
Yes, you can use the wallet cash not only by you but also for your friends, colleagues and family members.
