All tourists shall be met by an authorised representative staff to handle the luggage with gloves,ensuring minimal contact.
Social distancing guidelines shall be followed in common areas of the resorts.
Hand sanitisers to be carried and used.
Guests are not allowed to exchange cameras and binoculars with other guests at any given time (must bring their own).
No quarantine/medical documents required to produce for asymptomatic passengers.

Resort Standard Check-in time is 14:30 Hrs. and Check-out time is 11:30 Hrs. The Check in time is a guide only and there may be occasions on which check in is later due to unforeseen circumstances.
Security Deposit Policy: There is a mandatory security deposit amount taken at the time of check in by either card or cash deposit towards incidentals for the convenience of the guests and the protection of the hotel. All unused amounts of the deposit will be refunded on departure. In case of credit cards, pre-authorization may be considered.
Late Check-out may incur additional charge at the Resort's applicable rack rates as determined by the Resort on that particular day.
Reservation confirmations are subject to availability of rooms. All Bookings are confirmed / guaranteed only if you hold "CONFIRMATION VOUCHER".
Bookings must be guaranteed against full payment deposited along with confirmation. The booking is on a non-refundable basis and no cancellations are permitted.
In the cases of “No Show" the hotel reserves the right to charge full Retention charges.

Guests requesting Jain food must provide prior intimation well in advance. On the day of arrival selected dishes will be served. For the following days reasonable requests may be considered.
Current government regulations require Indian residents to present proof of identity at the time of check-in. The proof of identity can be the guest’s driving license, passport or voter’s identity card and for International clients a valid passport and visa is a necessity, otherwise the Resort has the right to deny accommodation.
Total flexibility in amending booked dates in the event of change of plans subject to availability and paying any higher rate difference.
Reservations: Please make sure all reservations are made in advance via telephone or email to assure room availability. A deposit is required to obtain a confirmed reservation. Please note the cancellation policy before committing to a reservation.
Deposit: To confirm your reservation, a deposit of a 100% advance is required. This can be done via an online bank transfer, credit card at the office or through our online booking engine. For corporate reservations the deposit requirement might be different at the discretion of the company.
Cancellation Policy: Due to our low inventory, we have a strict non-refundable policy. In the case of an emergency we will offer 100% Credit valid for 10 months. Due to COVID 19 we understand the uncertainty around travel plans. In case of any postponement please feel free to contact the head office 7 days prior to the booking.
Voucher: At the time the reservation is confirmed, we issue a confirmation voucher that you can print out. It is very important to present the confirmation voucher to the resort upon arrival. Failure to produce the confirmation at check in may result in the hotel not honoring your reservation or failing to trace the record. The client before check in must sign the voucher
