Covid Guidelines
All tourists shall be met by an authorised representative staff to handle the luggage with gloves,ensuring minimal contact.
Social distancing guidelines shall be followed in common areas of the resorts.
Hand sanitisers to be carried and used.
Guests are not allowed to exchange cameras and binoculars with other guests at any given time (must bring their own).
No quarantine/medical documents required to produce for asymptomatic passengers.

Full refund for cancellation only if intimation reaches the Company in writing 30 days prior to the check-in date.
25% retention for cancellation 15 days prior to the check-in
50% retention for cancellation 7 days prior to the check-in
Full retention for cancellation within 07 days of check-in
In the case of No Show / Late Check-in / Early Check out: No refund.
(If)Any cancellation for the confirmed booking will have processing fees irrespective of the date of cancellation. Please note refund process may take 15-20 working days
Cancellation Policies
Reservations: Please make sure all reservations are made in advance via telephone or email to assure room availability. A deposit is required to obtain a confirmed reservation. Please note the cancellation policy before committing to a reservation.
Deposit: To confirm your reservation, a deposit of a 100% advance is required. This can be done via an online bank transfer, credit card at the office or through our online booking engine. For corporate reservations the deposit requirement might be different at the discretion of the company.
Cancellation Policy: Due to our low inventory, we have a strict non-refundable policy. In the case of an emergency we will offer 100% Credit valid for 10 months. Due to COVID 19 we understand the uncertainty around travel plans. In case of any postponement please feel free to contact the head office 7 days prior to the booking.
Voucher: At the time the reservation is confirmed, we issue a confirmation voucher that you can print out. It is very important to present the confirmation voucher to the resort upon arrival. Failure to produce the confirmation at check in may result in the hotel not honoring your reservation or failing to trace the record. The client before check in must sign the voucher
